Public Health SNS/CHEMPACK Planning and Exercise Design/Conduct

• Prepare SNS Plans and CHEMPACK Plans according to CDC and local jurisdiction requirements
• Design Tabletop, Functional, and Full Scale Exercises for Public Health to include integration with other agencies to test deployment of SNS and CHEMPACK assets
• Design Inventory and Warehouse Tracking programs to accurately track SNS and CHEMPACK assets during mobilization
• Develop, train, and exercise RSS warehouse staff to prepare for arrival of SNS and CHEMPACK assets for distribution and warehousing

Pandemic Influenza Preparedness and Exercises

• Develop Pandemic Influenza Plans for states, local public health departments, universities, and private industry
• Train public health providers in biological response for field deployment
• Design and conduct local, regional, and statewide Pandemic Influenza Exercises including Orientation, Tabletop, Functional, and Full Scale Exercises for public health and other integrated response agencies
• Conduct Infectious Disease Outbreak Exercises for county health departments

Public Health Emergency Management Plans

• Develop an All-Hazard Emergency Management Plan for Public Health
• Develop customized Emergency Action Plans for Public Health

Public Health Incident Command System Training

• Conduct NIMS Compliant Public Health Incident Command System classes

Mass Distribution and Vaccination Plans and Exercises

• Provide design and planning services for local public health departments in Mass Distribution and Vaccination Programs
• Design and Conduct Exercises to test the Mass Distribution and Vaccination Plan using the POD model
• Provide Security Assessments of SNS and Vaccination Sites
